C T a vs Stress Testing - Is C T a Better Than Stress Testing?

Of 13 trials comparing c t a versus stress testing and patients with chest pain, there was no difference in death or cardiac hospitalizations. We also found that c t a led to more cornary diagnoses, an invasive cornary in geography, and more revascrization. Now finally, i don't mean to defend low value stress testing, of which there is, weigh too much. If c t a was used by thoughtful doctors like the one who wrote to me, or say, mark dweck or nicholas mills in scotland, we'd have a lot less over diagnosis and over treatment.
