When we are learning and problem solving along with people who are quite different from us, it can be more hallenging. We need to know that when we try on these new mental scheme of the world, if the whole thing comes crashing down, ecause ultimately that schema didn't work out very well yet, that's going to be ok. I'm of the mind that like education and learning and growing should be challenging. It should be difficult. If you went through all your years of schooling and you never found something challenging or difficult, you've done it wrong. That's very much mine set on education. And i think i carry the same thing over to the workplace. It should
