I Love the Idea of Learning New Languages

i think it'd be great if we were as multi lingual as other countries. i'm very fascinated by, ah, how those languages affect the spanish thati speak becus. Even though some languages disappear, their sensibility, their way of looking at the world remains in the conquered language. So that's fascinating for me as a writer, of course. And not only that, but in the last several years, i've had on the show some indigenous poets who read the poetry both in their in genous language and in english.
