LZ Granderson: If you want a new idea, read an old book. LZ: I'm sure that will come up later as we talk about leadership but specifically as it pertains to reading history. It's really important there is you're learning from failure, right? And that's also a really critical component of leadership. He says he was inspired by Admiral Stockdale who said the military trained to fail and then went on to discuss Epictetus in Stoicism.
