The Internal vs the External Component

Ali: I think the more we try to give other people advice, the less time we're spending on trying to gain clarity. The only control we have is the internal and as you change the internal has an impact on the external. So again, it's like if a lawyer is in the job that doesn't like their job, they're afraid to say it to the people around them because they're afraid of what other people might think who look up to being a lawyer. You just have to learn to be more truthful to yourself.
