Sleep is obviously so important for our performance. It can be hard to sleep in the first couple of weeks when you're up in space. You feel like your body isn't ready to go to sleep. Also, ultraviolet light can be really terrible for sleep. We work GMT and we'll have a 24-hour schedule that gives us at least seven hours of sleep,. But we're working to a normal, what you call a normal, 24- hour schedule. Yeah.
