China's Role in the War on Nuclear Weapons

I think China has a significant dominance in making rare earth minerals and selling them to different countries. I can't tell you exactly which piece of technology is going to be on the cards for Beijing, but I certainly think this thing is going to escalate. Other countries are going to sort of scramble within the soup that we find ourselves in the geopolitics. And it really is anybody's guess where tomorrow, you know, the curves will come from.
