I'm thinking about your theory of change here because for example let's talk about a policy start boys in school a year later than girls as you know no doubt the United States is one of the most complicated schooling systems. And I am hearing from a lot of school districts school superintendents who like we have a big gender gap we are really worried about our boys and we're super interested in this idea. So, yeah I do think something like that's a that's a great example and there could be other examples too so I talk about the need for equal paternity and maternity leave and I think that could be a parallel because you see well a company could do that.
