The Importance of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations

Just calling something a DAO doesn't particularly actually mean that it's a decentralized autonomous organization. It seems wildly implausible to me that you would stick anyone who votes on the DAO, much less anyone who holds a governance token with liability over the entirety of the DAO. And I think regulators have to step very carefully to make sure they're not accidentally stomping out more interesting forms of corporate experimentation.
