The Importance of Empathy in Conversations

Shame is very ineffective at things that are hard to change, which is by shaming fat people is a stupid idea because losing weight is a lot of work. So for example, knee jerk reacting and saying, you're really bad is actually something that could be changed pretty quickly. I think empathy is like always the better way forward. But if you're basically saying, if we don't say this in the most masculine empathetic way, it shouldn't be said at all,. It can't be the answer.
