What's the Landlord View of the U K?
There's very high demand in, i would say, at the moment, all areas of the u k. It's probably worth just remarking a ruf mentioned there, that scotland housing is devolved. So we do have to be a little bit careful about some of the things we're calling for in private rent. Almost half, about forty five %, of landlords have only got the one property.
