SMS Has Conversational Value?

SMS has become such a buzzword that it then becomes, I think the danger is elevating that marketers are gravitate towards it. It's like you look at the outlier, someone who has an incredibly special skill set and you say that's the norm because people really are in love with content and commerce. And so you get tricked into thinking, well, that's the fundamental value proposition of it then. That's the outliest, absolutely the outlier case. Yeah. So we'll have to track her down their retention lead. She crushes conversational flows in SMS. Do I copy anything? Yes.
