The Queen of Zalfir and Teferi

Teferi is the archmage of Zalfir, and Queen Windsor wants to kill him. Teferi tells her that if she kills him they will lose their war with the Phyroxines. The queen seems to take his answer tersely; it's almost like she already knew what he was up to.
