Kelly Wallace: I think it's arrogant almost to assume that you know the way because regardless of what you know, the person you are coaching has gone through a very different experience in life. And so for happy my book, I talk about the illusion of knowledge and the idea that we think that we know, but we almost know nothing at all. But if we do it together, yes, I can maybe lead the way just to step in front of someone. That's all it is is one step.
