The Importance of Conceptual Loading in Rehab

I think it comes down to the injury, what will happen? What's your conceptual goals of the rehab? Why are you going to include isometric? So, where does the isometric program fit within that conceptual loading approach that you have around the type of injury. And then that's guiding us to how they return into pre injury function based upon the data we're collecting. It might be with programming, for example, an ACL injury, we know this residual strength deficits. We may want to put the muscle mass on a limb set of the involved limb.
