On the employment side, I'm not that worried. This will be a saving grace if we can all work less because machines do the commodity work and that's not a bad thing. It will reorganize the entire employment market but there will also be hundreds of millions of new jobs in all of those segments. But you know, which job is 80% routine, not even a cold center?
