I'm Running Late and I've Got a Thousand in One Ways to Improve All of Our Content

Four days a week, I'm up at 6.30 a.m. to talk to my team at Columbia about anything. And then from 8 a.m.-8.45 a.m., I have those 45 minutes to get ready, eat breakfast, make coffee and pack my bags.
