What's New in the New 510K Regulation?

Some manufacturers would be asked different questions than others and larger manufacturers were treated at a higher level of expectation. With this, it's obviously got to be the same because now it's in no law. So that's really the big change from a manufacturing perspective. It's a lot of things that have happened over the last 10 plus years now being solidified into law.
