According to grunge.com, dueling is still legal in a couple of states. It's referred to as mutual combat. Washington was a surprise for me too, man. They're so chill and peaceful and stoned in Washington. If people are not fighting in public, if they're not risking the lives of other people or damaging other property, police have no reason to intervene.
