The podcast is actually very helpful. When i wastry to save up and by i went from the start and listened to every single episode. Do you find the podcast got expeditally better when i stopped being a host? No, i'm not going to say yes. Emily's really good. She is. I was funny, ecause i know, i wanted to do a property fodcast with john, so we both did it. And i love f Podcasting and i love property, but i just hated hosting that show,.
