Is There Diversity in Low Income Housing?

Nimbiism is like a huge problem in low income and medium income housing. We talk about diversity, but then when the rubber hits the road, do we want a big chunk of the block next door? What if you built taller structures? And then you would just have some sense of that not everything in that tall structure can be a 5,000 square foot apart. But so the services point, I think, is a fabulous point. So what you want is this really beautiful city and then has amazing services. It comes at the cost of people who have now the craziest commutes on the planet.
