The main issues, obviously, that Ukrainians here are either in low paid employment or no employment at all. So when they look to come to the UK, they search for hosts in London because like in Ukraine and many other countries, the capital is always the go to place. A lot of cities, including Manchester, have a lot of places. There's a lot of opportunities. The private rental prices have increased at 4.5%. In the last 12 months, at the same time, the housing element has not increased. And obviously, the requirement for deposit and credit check and work history that's making it more complicated.
