How to Build Confidence in Your Career
I love how you phrase that that confidence comes in cycles. Yeah, and having all these work journals. It is very important not only to like to show your manager but yeah to prove to yourself that you're making progress. From a design perspective, I think that's one of the things that even separates juniors from seniors is like I know as a senior, I have a proven process when I'm doing design or doing programming and trying to figure something out.
