Is OmniFocus a Good Workflow?
I was over organizing some stuff and I tried to get into, okay, I should maybe use estimates inside OmniFocus. It's great for some people but sometimes you end up with this weird place where you spend more time organizing stuff than actually doing. Some projects don't need the power of OmniFocus. You have to pay attention to your system more than the tool. This is a nice way of saying no taking or outlining. I usually create at least one craft document for each project where I jut down ideas.
