Is Small Cap Valuation the Golden Hint?
Small cap value had become extraordinarily cheap relative to the rest of the universe. When i made this transition in june 19 99, i was completely convinced that if my path was in front of me, this was going to be very straight d wer just do a better job of analyzing the weighted average cost of capital and forecasting out the cash flows. And i proceeded to get my butt kicked for the next, give or take, nine months as i discovered that the theory behind valuation as a weighing mechanism is absolutely clear and unequivocal.
