The Importance of Layers in Global Change

The way I kind of suggest looking at these things is through layers. Not everything updates at the same speed and not everything when it updates has the same magnitude of change. So below business, we basically get that infrastructure. And then the bottom layer of change is the natural environment. It's really I think looking through those layers and just going, okay, well, what's moving? The West is getting older. Who knows quite who takes it next or whether America hangs onto it, but it's slowly moving.
