The Real Concept of a Bank
A typical bank will create a portfolio of various types of long term and short term either investments or loans, and then things at various levels of risk. The concept that people in Texas sort of understand is, this is a little bit like cloud computing. If some cloud is a bad cloud, it doesn't live up to its,. you know, quote unquote, SLAs, which I guess are not really regulations per se on the technology world.
