How to Deal With Anxiety in Your Life
The opposite of that is thinking about everything, and then you become anxious. It's a simple way to conjure up anxiety in your life and to see what causes it. If i'm concentrating and present with each one of those tasks, then when i get done at the end of them, like why, that was an amazing day. I didn't kind of half do anything. Those are actually my best days,. just like you say in the book, when i'm actually focused and concentrating on those things. Even if it seems mundane, at least i'm there with that piece. And then it's not mundane, right? No, it neverbecomes mundane.
