The Importance of a Deep Breath
Ko tells Aang that the avatar in a previous incarnation actually tried to kill him. He doesn't show any emotion, but he does take this deep breath. And his actual body takes a breath while he's in that cave with Zuko. So meanwhile, we cut back to a Katara and everybody else on Appa looking for Aang and Zuko. They're like worried that they might freeze to death. Saka knows that Zuko is a survivor. No matter how bad stuff gets, he's going to survive.
