i came across breathing 25 years ago. I started breathing less air for a few minutes, and i improved the temperature of my fingers. There's a realization there that if you do a breathing exercise that's really suitable for you, that you can feel tangible benefits pretty quickly. Ohye, you're coming in with a stuffy nose. It messes up with sleep. And all of than data here was an interesting study tat come out during the week i tell you about. It says that attractive faces got less covert. Now, can you imagine that a study would come out saying that more attractive people were, were were had greater immunity to coveta and less attractive?
