How to Solve a Minimum Costfal Problem?
Andrei Vatanka: The only thing that i am really certain about is that it will not stay in the way how it's currently being done. So if you have a base fee, the optimization problem for sending notes to to send a payment and to solve this minimum costfal problem will become empty hard,. Which means it's very hard to solve. I think currently, no sane person in research assumes that this will ever be possible. Tit is an open research question if it is possible. But i think the the common assumption is that it is not, right?
