How to Avoid Doing Too Much Foreshadowing
Alan Bradley: Foreshadowing is the easiest thing to fix in post. Easiest. Give it to a reader. Ask them you know write down when you figure out the mystery of this. They write it down you see where they got it. You do that with a couple of people you'll see where people are getting it and you can adjust your foreshadowing to match. And I'm also going to mention just as a motivational thing this was his first book and he was 70 years old when he published it. So never give up.
