Health Care Networks in the Community

In the philippines, there is a law called the universal health care act. It envisages two separate health care net provided networks in the public sector and private sector. Every primary care centre is responsible for the lives of 20 thousand citizens. The whole purpose is that you try your best to keep people healthy. And on the top of that, the financial incentive, which is provided by both public and privateppayers, is basically to incentivise a preventive health care  and to keep the community healthy.
