After the supreme court ruled in bomediin that these men do get a writ of habeas corpus hearing, and that judges can decide whether the government still has a good enough excuse to hold them or not. But then congress passed a new law, or was it the obama government made a rule change? I think it was congress intervene and made it so that those habeas hearings don't have the power that they used to. And the judges ot had of reduced ability then to set people free from there.
