In november of two thousand nine ten passengers sued bowing and the circuit cord of cook county and illinois, here in the united states. Each plaintiff could receive up to a million dollars in compensation for their injuries. Ultimately, the claims were settled out of court in 20 12. But the the crux of this lawsuit was that the design was defective, and that which led to improper procedures.
