How to Frame Your Work on Paper
If you work on paper, it can get really pricey and my only framing I had to do this year was when I had the piece in the show in London. Not only is it more expensive to frame, but you can't charge as much for it. So one solution that I often do is if I'm doing work on paper,. I will get one framed so that I can photograph it as a visual and I will ask the frame and not to take the back in. And then I can either physically replace it with another piece of work as a visual, or I take a photograph of the frame empty and I can drop in in Photoshop superimposed the image on the top of the paper
