The four of you alone are responsible for let's say conservatively 25 shows that have been on the air to profit this business. So, so these four people that I'm talking to now all of whom learned in the forge by watching a smithy. And a pretty good demonstration of the idea that writers rooms work. Tell me how the dynamic of a writers room has changed over the last 20 years the last 10 years or even the last five years. What are the big picture changes that you're seeing?
