Voting Rightes, Federalized Elections

Sen. Rand Paul: Federalizing elections would be a violation of separation of powers. He says it's insane that candidates are people with tax dollars who can use them to run for office. The Republican senator from New York said he thinks the president is trying to consolidate power by attacking voting systems.
