I think that this is going to be a great opportunity to kind of clear out some of the gunk. The obsessional doubting arrives as a reasoning narrative, right? It is not like a set of bullet points that show up in our head. It comes through the nature of it is a story which that narrative process creates a veil of credibility for this doubt. And that's the problem is that doubt becomes trusted.
