The Australian Air Force Sightings Investigations
In October 1973, a base in northwestern Australia went from Defcon 4 to Defcon 3. This is the highest defense condition for peacetime. An order goes out to nuclear submarines around the world and they are aware of it. The deputy commander of the base looks up over the base and there's a charcoal black colored sphere hovering over the base. A fireman on the base said that what he saw was alien.
