I love that you're saying that it's individual. For me, for example, like if I listen to music with words, it takes me out of that flow state because the lyrics are the only thing that I can focus in on. And so for me to get into that flow state, for instance, when I'm in between clients, and I just need to sort of like debrief or decompress, I'll use whatever a certain breathing technique I have several that I use. And then I'll put on music without lyrics. That really helps me as I move through the breathing exercise.
