The Role of Social Media in Dopamine Addiction

I'd really like to talk about dopamine addiction and dopamine addiction at scale. My sense is people are are conscious of it but don't do really have been able to do about it. It's different with my family because I'm the most and by far the most addicted social media the rest of my family so I'm the big child in our house. But then I see other kids who clearly their parents don't seem to have, it doesn't seem to occur to them for one moment to suggest they might not want to just look at their phones for 12 hours every single day.
