The Steroid Cover in Parenchymal Disease

In parenchymal disease, when you have one to two lesions, we give albendazole alone always with steroids. And so this particular disease and the way it presents to us is dictated by where it is in the brain, the burden of disease in the brain and the host response. So each patient acts so differently and that's why each space is so different.
