Otonum is a new branch of anti-fascism that has emerged in France. It's trying to build strong ties with left wing political parties but also trade unions, various like NGOs and all that. There actually has been some tensions between groups linked to the Zhenghad and other groups such as L'Agal. The fact that these two tendencies now sort of like impose each other tells a lot about how different their perspective about anti-Fascism is and what fascism is.
