Amsterdam has high standards for building companies when it comes to energy use and circularity that they put into their buildings. The biggest worry people in Amsterdam have is, can I pay my rent orCan I live in Amsterdam because it's so expensive? We calculate how wealthy the city is by the prices of our houses. But actually we're saying there's no access for a lot of young people, but also older people because it's far too expensive.
