The Impetus to Try This Experiment

When size four became size six and threatened to keep climbing, i had to ask myself how many new wardrobes of clothes was I willing to buy in service of this experiment. And the answer to the wardrobe question was none. No new wardrobs of clothes was i willing to buy. So  I had to start putting boundaries back around my eating. But that put me back into a whole new universe. In that competent eating, or also known as intuitive ating, there could be no such boundaries.
