I tend to give the benefit of the doubt and think that these people just, they're just so busy that they forget to do it. But I mean, there's people running around out there that just, they don't have a bookkeeping system. They don't file taxes and it's typically flippers. It's actually typically people that are doing the property levels that you were talking about. Yeah, maybe there may be a habit forming type of things out there where people just, you know, go by the seat of their pants or something like that.
