Running to Improve Mental Health
i think we need more and more psychiatrists who prescribe running. Sometimes i prescribe medication, sometimes i prescribe a run. To me, that makes a lot of sense on the mental front. Medication works, but we clearly over prescribe it. And when you have something like running, which can have similar, if not better, results. It's all mental, but we're running to improve our mental health. Using the physical to sharpen the mental. Use the mental to sharpeness. And love.
