Stephen Lennins: A Case in Point
A lot of people in prison serving time on cases similar to his are just set up by other people, right? Like my friend Anthony Papa, who was a guy who was never been in trouble, but was struggling to pay his rent. He had 4.2 ounces of Coke, and so literally two grams put them over the edge. And it's not an uncommon story, sadly. I think drugs should be taxed and regulated and treated like other substances, like alcohol and tobacco,. But it was a crime that was never intended to have happened in the first place.
