How to Train Grip Strength
I wrestle for about nine years of my life. And obviously that's all just grappling and grip alone. So I give my grip strength a lot for that. But if I, it's weird because like with deadlifts, I'll warm up with no wraps until it gets to the point where it's putting me out of position with my deadlift. My grip then suffers. Like I, I think I have 675 double overhand. It's crazy. Is it a long, long of like the strongest, like the biggest double overhand deadlifts before? I mean, that 675 has to be up there, doesn't it?
